1. General Harmonic Mind is a small, independent Canadian brand creating made-to-order sacred geometry and spiritual clothing. All items are produced on demand specifically for you.

2. Orders & Pricing All prices are displayed in the local currency based on your location (primarily USD for customers in the United States and CAD for customers in Canada). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified because production begins immediately.

3. Shipping All items are shipped from facilities in the United States and Canada.

  • Free shipping is currently offered on all orders to the United States and Canada. This offer is available for a limited time and is subject to change.
  • Processing time is 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or postal services.

4. Returns & Refunds Please see our separate Return & Refund Policy for full details. Because every item is made to order, returns for change of mind or sizing issues are limited. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you on any manufacturing defects.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Harmonic Mind and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Harmonic Mind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
